Does the Posters come in Frames?
No – Frames are sold individually and can be found under every product page.

 

 

Is my shipment tracked?

All orders from the 1st of January 2019 are tracked. In your shipping confirmation email, which you will receive by email, you have provided when placing your order, the tracking number is attached. The tracking number can be used on all national tracking services. 

 

 

When will I receive my order?

Europe – Within Europe, Standard Shipping takes 2-9 working days (Monday to Friday) depending on the destination.

Insured Tracked shipping takes 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday) depending on the destination.

 

Internationally

12 to 20 working days, depending on the destination.

 

 

Can you send me free posters to look at before I purchase?

No – Shipping is a very high-cost 15-25€ depending on where, so we do not provide with any free samples nor return shipment. If you are resident in Sweden (Or potentially Denmark) we have a gallery/office based in Trelleborg, Sweden, from where you can also pick up your order.

 

 

 

Can I return my posters?

Yes – But we do not provide with the return shipping, and the posters need to be in the same condition as received, to get a full return.

 

 

How are my posters shipped?

All other sizes are shipped in a sade cardboard tube.

 

 

 

Can I download the posters digitally?
No –Besides from selling posters, we are also a printing house. We would like to keep our designs in-house and not distribute them digitally, as it is hard to track the use of a downloaded design.

 

 

Where are my posters produced?

The posters are produced in Sweden.

 

 

Can I change the colors of the posters?

Unfortunately, we are not staffed to handle any customizing of our products. 

 

 

Can I have gold prints?

We do have a small selection of gold prints, but as the process is complicated, we do not add gold to any other designs, than the ones there are available on our website. Also note, that gold print cannot be produced in larger sizes (maximum 30x40cm)
